Margaret Cowin als McYlroy departed this life about the 23rd June last intestate. The Court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed her two sons namely Philip and Thomas Cowin joint administrators of all her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever who being at lawful years are sworn in Court in form of law and have given pledges viz Edward Christian and Richard Molleroy.
Thomas surrendered his right to the effects to his brother Philip in consideration of thirty shillings free.
